Activation Key when updating doesn't work

Hi,
I just updated Parallels from version 11 to 15. When I come to the Activation Key moment, and I put my activation key in, I have a message saying that it's impossible to use my key to activate Parallels. I don't have a business acount. I need this urgently as my Windows doesn't work anymore.

Hello, could you please share with us the screenshot of the error message you've got?
