could any one please advise how to contact Parallels? My problem is that I bought Paralles for Mac and I have not received an activation key after 1 full week. None of my e-mails is answered. I know that this is not the right place but if only I could get a contact. Thanks, Lance

Have you checked your SPAM trap to see if it intercepted the email with the key?
Any chance that you entered your email address incorrectly on the order?
