hi, I own a permanent license for two computers, trying to install Parallels 16 for a second comupter, and typing the key that I had recorded, it tells me that this is invalid.
Tried to get support by chat with a representative, it tell me I'm six in line, but now it's about half-hour, is this serious or a joke?

We checked your account and confirmed that you have a single upgrade key for Parallels Desktop 16 which can be used on only one Mac.

thanks Ajith, you are right, in fact I have one license for Parallel 16, and one license for Parallel 13, now I need to transfer back Parallel 16 from the iMac back to my macbook, and install Parallel 13 on the iMac.
Could you tell me, please, how to proceed?

You should not use Parallels Desktop 13 on one Mac and Parallels Desktop 16 on another. Parallels Desktop 16 you have purchased is just an upgrade that is used to upgrade Parallels Desktop version from Parallels Desktop 13. If you have purchased Parallels Desktop 16 full key then you can use it on a different Mac.
