Activation limit reached for Parallels Desktop 16 – Need HWID Reset

"Hello Parallels Team, I am trying to activate my perpetual license for Parallels Desktop on my Mac. However, I receive the error: 'This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies.' I migrated my system / reinstalled macOS and no longer have access to the old activation instance. Could a moderator please reset the activation limit / HWID for my key? Thank you!"
