Activation problem in BootCamp, ok in PD

Hi all,

I read a lot in the forum about activation problems but I could not solve my problem. I installed windows XP in bootcamp. Then I created a VM in parallels (3170) which uses Bootcamp. Then I activated by the phone Windows xp in parallels.

The activation succeeded in parallels and now it works fine. But when I boot in Boot Camp I get a message that I have to activate because I have been using Windows for more than 30 days.

What did I do wrong ? How can I solve this problem ?

Please, help me.

You have to do seperate activations for both Parallels and Bootcamp. Two different activation codes. Call the activation number again and tell them that you are running Windows on Bootcamp on your Mac. They will give you another activation code.

I didn't understand that. I thought that only one activation was enough.

I will call them again then.
