activation problem

Hey, sir!
I had a similar problem with parallels desktop, my laptop was formated 2 times, and now when I want to re-enter the serial(License I mean), don't allow me saying that I can't use it anymore because I used the maximum of them.

My laptop died, and every time it died I lost my parallels.

Please send me how to deactivate previous activation
 
I am having the same problem. Totally frustrating. I did clean install of OSX on all my machines. I don;t have one single machine running parallels yet when I try to enter my valid activation key it says I've maxed out the installations. Of course this happens when I absolutely NEED to get into Windows.
 
Totally frustrating is right. I have a MacBook Pro. Attempting to run Parallels. (we just purchased it today) with an activation key..

Is one key for windows operating system 10.. and one separate key for Parallels? HELP - getting really frustrated here. HOW CAN WE CALL IN FOR SUPPORT ?

Hi Joseph,
Parallels Desktop is just an application that help you to create a platform inside Mac environment to install Windows. Parallels Desktop and Windows have different activation keys. To activate Windows, you need to purchase the activation key separately.
 
I am having the same problem after changing macs a few months ago. I didn't even think about deregistering the old mac before changing it - the old mac has been wiped and sold on.. I hadn't tried to use parallels since upgrading, so didn't notice until tonight - when I needed to do some work in windows.
 
Hi Sylvester. I have replied to you and so far heard nothing back! Is anything happening?? I have been using Parallels for many years and this is the first time I have had any issues with it.
 
I'm also having this issue... Can I get a PM too so I can have mine resolved? I even used PDremove on my old mac and I'm still unable to activate.
