J JoelE Bit poster Aug 19, 2016 #1 Just in case anyone else is having this problem. Downloaded 12 and couldn't get it to accept my e-mail and password. I could log into my account but not activate. I put in my OLD password and it accepted that. I now have two passwords apparently.
