Activation problem

Hello,
I just bought new license. When I try to connect with this key PENPNT-●●●●●●-●●●●●●-●●●●●●-G6C9X9, system asks me previous versiyon key. I do not have previous key. When I wrote above key that field, I got a error like below. Could you help me please?

Hi, I have also problem with activation.
I have just bought upgrade for Pro, I have activated the key on the web page, but after installation I have been asked for "key from previous version". I was using developers version and I don't remember it. In my dashboard on the account I can't find it also. What can I do?

Hello, did you use Parallels Desktop before? Do you have any previous Parallels Desktop key?
Could you provide us with your purchase order number please?
 
Hi, I have also problem with activation and I want a refund.
I have just bought upgrade for Pro, I have activated the key on the web page, but after installation I have been asked for "key from previous version".
and I was using parallels desktop 16 free trial and I cant find any "key from previous version".
