Activation problems

Hello,

When I tired to update my Parallels Desktop to V11.2.2, it showed that "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key"
But I think this key should be permanent?

Any help?

Hello huangC1, we have made few modifications to your Parallels Desktop 11 activation key.
Please try to reactivate Parallels Desktop 11 and let us know how it works.
