Hi, I had an Italian Version of Parallels Desktop with activation key xxx

Today I buy via your web site an upgrade version of Parallels Desktop 3 for Mac
with activation key yyy, but when I install the last it ask me
the previous activation code, and when I put this xxx it gives me a key error???

How can I do the right activation of my new product???
