Active subscription - need to change login creds

I have an active subscription but only see social media choices for support. What's up with that? I need to change login creds. When I try online I get message that desired email is in use. OK, fine, but that's MY other email that I need to use. How can we get this changed? My current email login will no longer be valid in a week. Thank you.
