Add option to Capture apps to define naming conventions

    Currently only election of a location is permitted. It would be a useful feature to be able to define file naming convention, including macros for date/time stamp, name of window capture. For example:

    ${capturetime:"yy-MM-dd_HH-mm-ss"}_${title}

    Or something to that extent.
