Specifically, I want to be able to limit the number of frames created. As the number of frames is reduced from the default, the maximum span across the video should increase. If no limit the number of frames is given, then as the span across the video is increased, the number of frames should decrease automatically. This may result in a choppy gif, but that's an option that the user should be able to choose. Add a time limit option for the duration of the frames (all the same, not individually). This can be reduced or increased from the default. This allows for either a slow motion effect for a fast motion effect.
