Add "SmartCard Share" support to Home & Student Edition

Hi,
I had to learn the hard way that the Home version does not support smart card readers under Windows 10 - support for my smart card reader ceased after buying a license (and thereby inactivating the trial version, which is apparently equal to the business version). Please reconsider including this important feature (it's just a small checkbox in settings Hardware -> USB & Bluetooth -> 'Share smart card readers with...'. in versions other than the business version. As smartcards are becoming increasingly important for home users for example in the context of encryption, I think this is a feature that should not be withheld from the common man.
