"Add to Launchpad" not adding icons to launchpad

    I'm using Parallels 8, Mountain Lion, and Windows 7

    I open a Windows application, secondary click the icon in the dock, and choose "Add to launchpad". When I open launchpad I can't find it, and the search inside launchpad doesn't find it either.

    I was able to add applications to launchpad in the past. It just randomly stopped working.

    Has no one else seen this? I am still unable to add programs to the Launchpad.
