Administrator account Problem while installing an Application

Hello All

Please help if you can

I am trying to install Abaqus application on my mac and since it is not supported by mac i purchased parallels desktop and installed windows, now I want to install Abaqus and a message appears "This needs administration account privilege, please log in with administrator account and install"!! I checked the account description and it is saying Administrator!! Any idea what should i do or why is this happening


Your help is highly appreciated
 
Done that, did not work

I tried to install it form a different source and it was installed finally!
