Adobe Dreamweaver for windows that require ACTIVATION KEY

I am ready install trial on my Mac, well can you tell or provide URLs, for the two ways install vista on Parallels, in my core 2 duo Macbook pro 3GB ram, to install a windows App eg Adobe Dreamweaver for windows that require ACTIVATION KEY, How install(in both ways)? This counts as Dreamweaver key used for laptop so (if laptop/desktop license) left a windows Dreamweaver desktop license?
 
what means that an update feature is "experimental"? ubuntu 12.04, windows 8...

If install now on my Mac the ubuntu 12.04 should run (all features) - 3GB/LION? LION exist in 32bit(how find what is?), core 2 duo machine?
Parallels then what is best to install 32 or 64? 64bit parallels implies run both 32/64 guest OSs?
