After Mac OS upgrade to Big Sur the (formatted hard drive)

    Installed new OS and so Parallels 17 for Mac and the existing valid key does not work? this is completely unacceptable. The support team is irresponsible as well. Not going to buy this product against it and not going to suggest it to universities.
