OK, so it's a little more complex than that. I got 'lightening' service form Bright House which required a new modem, a Motorola SBG6580. It's a modem/router. I didn't like the router portion so I bridged it to my new Apple AirPort Extreme and it was after that that my Windows 7 connection under Parallels started failing. Everything is fine on the Mac side - just can't get it to work under Parallels.
I downloaded and installed Parallels Tools again, but that didn't fix the problem. I went through all of the Windows access that I could find but still no-go. I have it set for Network 1 - Default Adapter but that's no joy, neither is Display Ethernet (though my Apple Thunderbolt Display), wifi, etc.
As I said, everything is just fine on the Mac side - it's the Windows 7/Parallels side that is giving me fits!
Any help?
