After reinstall MacOSX can't activate Parallels Desktop

I have just reinstall MacOSX 10.11. When I reinstall my parallels desktop and activate, the system said that "You have reached the maximum number of activations available of your activation key."
However, I only use this in my Macbook.
What can I do?

I'm having the same issue after upgrading from Yosemite to El Capitan. It's utterly ridiculous that they don't have a way to deactivate licenses on their website like most other companies do. It's a total waste of my time to have to deal with this through support, and I'm past 30 days for phone support so I have to do this through email.

If they don't provide a web interface to handle activations in the near future, I'm definitely not going to renew my Pro Subscriptions.

I myself have run into this today. This is definitely something that needs to be added before you even shipped an 'activation' required product.

I have the same issue. I have posted on a prior thread and was asked to provide my 'KEY'. This was done but then no further reply. Please assist.
