I'm using the Logitech ERGO K860 keyboard, which has the keys "opt|start" and "cmd|alt". On Windows, the "opt|start" key incorrectly became the Alt key and the "cmd|alt" key incorrectly became the Start key. I solved this issue by creating two shortcuts in Parallels Desktop preferences: (1) from Cmd to Alt, and (2) from Option to Start.

Although these shortcuts work for the most part, Alt+Tab doesn't work in Windows. It tries to switch my macOS applications, not my Windows applications. I added a new shortcut from Cmd+Tab (in macOS) to Alt+Tab (in Windows), but it still doesn't work.

    Hello,

The issue is likely related to alt-tab being a macOS system shortcut.

To try to resolve your issue with system shortcuts being triggered in the macOS, rather than the virtual machine, please change the value of "send macOS system shortcuts" to "Always".

To do that, please perform the following steps:

    1. Start Parallels Desktop.

    2. Click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac menu bar -> select "Preferences".

    3. Go to the tab "Shortcuts" -> select "macOS System Shortcuts".

    4. Change the value of "Send macOS system shortcuts" to "Always".

    5. Check if your issue persists.
