After updating to Parallels 13, keyboard shortcuts won't work in Acrobat for Windows

Having updated to V. 13, the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+ and Ctrl-, which zoom in and out in Acrobat DC for Windows, do not work at all. How do I restore that functionality?
