After Upgrading to PD10.1.1, No Mouse Pointer in Windows 8.1

I'm running OS X 10.10. Since I've updated to PD10.1.1, Windows 8.1 starts up just perfectly, but now my mouse pointer disappeared. I am unable to navigate within my virtual Windows screen. Anyone have this issue as well?
 
Additional details to this issue... I've tried to install parallel tools with no luck. Because my mouse and my keyboard are not working with the virtual Windows environment, I'm unable to open the setup.exe file!
 
Resolved my own issue. Lack of effective support from Parallels. Since the keyboard still works, had to do everything vie shortcuts...
 
1. Mac: Actions -- Reinstall Parallels Tools -- "Yes" to Do You Want To Continue
2. Windows -- Control E to open up File Explorer -- Navigate to the Parallels Tools setup -- Enter to run setup
