Age of Empires 4 doesn't even boot

I have Parallels 17 pro edition,
The VM is allocated 10 cores, Intel i9-10850, 32GB of RAM, hard drive is m2 1TB disk, GPU is RX580.
I have just installed AOE4 on the Parallels in Mac, and the game doesn't even boot. I tried manual allocation of memory and cores, automatic, mine is on game mode, nothing helps. What should i do? AOE2 Definitive edition plays just fine. Both games downloaded from Microsoft Store. Please help!
 
AOE 4 requires Directx 12. and currently the parallels virtual GPU driver is limited to DirectX 11 / WDDM 1.3. AOE4 is not possible at this time. here have been requests for Directx 12 for years and so far parallels has really said nothing official on the topic which I find very "unfortunate"... At this point with windows 11 it is considered a system requirement and still there is no word about it being in development or release.

Hello, Please refer to this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/124137 , as of now we do not have any updates about DirectX 12. Thanks, Parallels Team.
