FYI first,
Host: OS Windows 2008 std 64 bit
2x: VirtualDesktopServer 7.0 (build 614)
Virtualize installed with Host Windows 2008 std 64 bit
Virtualbox: 2.0.6
Guess: Windows XP 32 bit
VDS Agent installed
Client:
2x ApplicationServer Client : 6.2 (build 528)
Published application and virtual desktop is appear, but no one can be use.

Want to know, when we trying to connect to Published Virtual Desktop on XP, the ApplicationServer was return: Agent 'xxx' was disabled. code: 5
And then, when we check at Virtual Desktop Host. Already installed, but, Type is Unknown and Agent State was Unsupported. We click the Check Agent, the result is :
Provider types: not available
Version: 7.0 (build 614) Beta Protocol Version 4
VDS Services: Not enabled.
OS Type: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.
Status: Agent is use by Controller on machine 192.168.1.2
We already follow the manual and http://www.2x.com/virtualdesktop/vdsapproved.html vdsapproved version.
And then, when we check the credential, always error : Authentication failed. Make sure the username and password are correct.
I'm already fill the username: administrator or domain\administrator with correct password, but still no lucky....
I'm getting stressed ...
Somebody can resolve this matter ?
