I am unable to use the communication features in the Alexa app on Windows ARM installed via Parallels on a M1 Mac Air, including calling, video calls or drop in. The call/video window will open up and the green webcam light will illuminate but it won't connect. Eventually Alexa might say the contact is unavailable. All other Alexa features are functional in the app.
This occurs in the Windows 11 ARM versions. On intel based Mac Air is working with no problem.
