Allow an option to keep VM in the computer and exclude to iCloud sync

Some times (here in Big Sur and Parallels 16) iCloud sync the unused VM in the remote disk and then the VM is not available without uploading, and the uploading could be slow.
So I think it would be better allow an option to keep VM locally, in the computer (also if iCloud sync is active in the ~/Documents folder) and exclude to iCloud sync the Virtual Machines.

We recommend moving VMs out of the folders that are synced with iCloud. E.g. to ~/Parallels/
