Allow button does not showing

Hello
I am trying to install Parallels Desktop for Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. When I launch the app, it requires me to Open Security Preferences to click allow. But on My Mac, it is not showing the allow button, so I can not click on Allow. Please let me know how to fix it.
