Allow Parallels International GmbH within MacOS Security Preferences

I cannot figure out how to allow International GmbH within Mac OS Security preferences I'm on Catalina 10.15.7 and using Paralells 16.5.0. Has anyone found a workaround for this? My work is blocking Big Sur so I can't switch OS's. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Refer to attached images for context
