Alt 2 form mac keyboard does not generate Euro symbol in Parrallels 11 build 32312

Whilst Alt 2 on OSX works fine in generating the euro symbol, it does not generate the euro symbol within parallels. Instead it generates superscript symbol TM. There are probably some other keyboard issues but i have not gone thru to check fully yet.
 
Thanks Sylvester. The correct keyboard setting appears to be already set. i have also tried reinstalling Parrallels tools. Appreciate any other suggestions to resolve this.
