alt+tab ???

When I run XP in fullscreen mode and try to use "alt+tab" to switch between applications, the only thing that happens is that I see the icons on the task bar highlight in succession.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

I am a dumbazz - I was using "command+tab", not "alt+tab" - idiot.

I have a question that is similar.

I use cmd + tab often in Mac OS X to switch between Apps. While in Parallels, cmd always brings up the Start menu.

How do I avoid that?
