Always on top

There are some Windows apps/windows I want to be "on top" in Coherence mode. I can use "Afloat" in VMWare fusion, but that gives strange graphics bugs, but this option isn't supported in Parallels. It would be great to be able to have a menu or something that says "this window always on top" or "this app always on top"

Just an idea!
