Annoying message What is this?

Hello,

I keep getting this annoying message every time I start up my computer:
What it says is, that I am not connected to Access and to load it up.
However the whole Parallels application works just fine without this Access application.

Is there anyway for this message NOT to appear every time I start up ???
I haven't found it!

Please, anyone?

Well, just to let you know... 5 days in...
...it still pops up on restarting the computer...... its not the end of the world...its just annoying...

Dear NormandB, please sign out of Parallels Access both from agent and remote device and then sign in to check and let us know how it works.
