Please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post. 2. Kindly provide us with a detailed description of the steps leading to the Blue Screen of Death(BSOD) issue. 3. Collect Windows event logs, by performing the following steps: 3.1. Open Event Viewer (Windows search > Event Viewer). 3.2. In the Event Viewer window, expand the "Window Logs" item > click "Application" > on the field on the right-click "Save All Events As..". 3.3. Select the directory where this log will be saved and click Save. 3.4. Perform the same for Windows Logs-System: in the Event Viewer window, expand the "Window Logs" item > click "System" > on the field on the right-click "Save All Events As..". 3.5. Select the directory where this log will be saved and click Save. 3.6.
