Any application running gets minimized over and over

HELP! I am running Parallels for Mac and I run a full version of windows on parallels... Everytime I try to use any application or internet (any window i open). The program just minimizes itself and than i go to reopen it and it minimizes again! I cannot get any work done this way!! HELP

Did you try to reinstall Parallels Desktop application?
