Corporate policy requires BitLocker, and prevents editing the registry to remove the requirement for TPM to enable BitLocker. This is a Big Deal with corporate compliance.
Is there any plan to emulate TPM in future releases?
*bump* I notice that the latest build of v12 PRO supports "Secure Boot". So I think this means they do in fact have TPM emulation working! http://kb.parallels.com/en/123948
