I bought my copy of Parallels from Amazon in May, so when I asked for my free 3.0 upgrade key, I was referred to a Nova Development web form. I filled out that form, printed it and faxed it off.
That same day, I received an email saying they had received my request and were processing it. The very next day, I received an email from Nova stating that my "rebate has been processed and approved. Please allow eight weeks for your rebate check to arrive." Huh?
Anyone else get that same response from them? I guess I better call to find out what's going on, eh?
