Anyone have any idea why this happens? Please help.

I was using windows 10 on my mac earlier and decided to go into active directory repair using msconfig. it asked me to restart so i did. But when it turned back on, all it shows is a grey screen with the option of restarting and shutting down. I cant log in at all.

Hello Animationsv,
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps given below :

1. Start Parallels Desktop application and start Windows virtual machine in Safe Mode by pressing F8 key before the BIOS screen appears ( http://kb.parallels.com/118732 )
   
2. Go to Device Manager by inserting devmgmt.msc in the search bar of the Start menu. Uninstall Parallels Display Adapter without restarting Windows OS.
   
   
3. Remove all other devices that have ! or ? sign in Device Manager without restarting Windows OS.
   
   
4. Restart the virtual machine in a normal mode.
