G'Day Everyone,
I've been successfully running Techsmith Camtasia Studio 7.1 on my MacBook (MacBook1,1; Intel Core Duo; 2 GHz, 2GB RAM) 10.6.8 under Parallels 6 (Build 6.0.12106); both Win 7 & Win XP virtual PCs! I also run the same virtual PCs on my iMac 27" late 2010 i5 10.6.8!
Please know that Techsmith officially states that they don't support virtual PC environments!
Techsmith recently Camtasia Studio 8.0. Sadly, now Camtasia 8.0 crashes in both my virtual PCs and on both my MacBook and my iMac. Techsmith Camtasia 8 System Requirements
Techsmith says Camtasia 8.0 needs full use of all my computer's hardware, and recommended I use Bootcamp!
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
