Aplication VS desktop publishing extremely slow

Hi,

We run the latest version and RDP 6.0. When we publish an application to our users the application is running slowly and sometime freezes between tabs (to insert data). When we publish the whole desktop the application is running perfectly. We tried a lot of things and performed a lot of tests but so far nothing. I hate to say that we put in the trash 5000 euros.
I even opened a case a couple of month ago but 2X support blamed the application (just by reading my support request)

Anybody interested for a four server licence and printing?

Note publishing applications and full desktops use different system components within windows, the technology is slightly different.

Note all applications work correctly on full terminal services.

Did you run the following test?

Open MSRDP client, expand the options and programs tab, place in details to start the app with the issue

Connect, you should only get a windowed version of the app, no start bar, or desktop.

How does it perform?

Can you PM me your ticket number so I can take a look at the history?
 
Hi,

I followed your instructions and the application is running with no problems.

I don't have a my ticket no. since the request was a couple of months ago.
