APP Server and Printing

Hello,

I am new in the world of 2X.
We have installed a 2X App Server on a separated machine and become the desktop from an terminal server.
This works fine, but printing is a little bit uncool.
Our users cannot print or they see only cryptic stuff on their printouts.
Is something wrong in my config?
Is it helpful to have a closer look to the documentation or is their a good howto to find?

I hope you can help a 2X rookie in this case.

What is that?
RPC-Server on the Terminal Server Service is in state "automatic" it should restart when something happend.
So, why crashes the universal driver the terminal server rpc?

We have now an other sideeffect.
If someone connected with an RDP Client to the terminal server. The 2X Agent generates for this user a universal printer too. Why did the agent this? I have thinked, that the agent only works with the client from 2X, not with the client of any other rdp client.
