Appearances Preference Pane in Parallels Desktop for Mac 8?

Did the Appearances preference pane disappear in version 8?

(Specifically, in v.7 I used to toggle in and out of Full Screen mode with option command space, and the screen would do a jazzy "flip". Now, no longer.)
