Since of today Apple calls back many iMacs because of a possible faulty Seagate 1TB Seagate Harddisk.
Apple swaps the harddisk for free via a Authorized service provider.

I have Parallels 7 with one imported Windows 7 image (imported from BootCamp, deleted the bootcamp partition)
Question 1: Is the Windows 7 import included in a Time Machine backup?
Question 2: Do i lose my Windows activation when it is restored on a new hard disk?
I heard that you can lose your activation when the hardware (hard disk) changes.
