application can't read host directory

I'm getting an error when trying to get MusicmatchJukebox (v.10.00.4033, the last one before Yahoo ruined it), which is installed on a win2k3 server, to import music from a mapped drive file location on the host iMac.

"Could not obtain object from factory s:\mmjb\jukebox\mim\devicemanager\DeviceMgrlmpl.h(350)"

Would I be right in thinking that this is likely to be a problem with Jukebox not being able to read the Mac disc formatting/file structure rather, than any failing of the Parallels functions?
I can't find any google references to it.

The resolution of this is a critical decision as to whether I buy Parallels Desktop or not. Thanks.
