Application's Folder

Everytime I log on an Application's folder is created in my home folder. How do I stop this? I really do not like programs adding crap to my very well organized home folder.

Disorder in my Home Folder

Like the post above, I will finally know how to kill the automatically created "Application Folder ...." from my Home Folder. Is it possible to have them on a specific Path (Parallels VM Folder or in the main Apps Folder)? I don't like this disorder Parallels 7 (or older) generates in my Home Folder.
