When I share an application, i need to provide the server ip.. but when the user get the server ip, he can use remote desktop connection. How can i prevent user to use the desktop??

i did not understand what you mean, you need the ip to be able to connect.
if you dont want normal rdp connection please check the manual or contact support
If you want the user to only use an application just publish the application not the desktop. If you do not want Remote Desktop Connections to be accepted then under security turn on the "Allow only 2X application clients to connect to this server"
