My daughter has a Macbook Air M3 13" 2024 with 8GB or RAM. She is at university and needs to run ArcGIS. She has been provided with Parallels by the university. The Air is struggling to keep up and its maxing its RAM. Would changing to Parallels Pro help? Are there settings we should check first? We are both lost with this so please be gentle and guide us through this jungle
(and I am reluctant to spend £2000 just for a couple of terms' work if it's not necessary!)
