Win11 preference I set:
- Other preference: not change
- win11 - share: [mac share] and [windows share] all the option are selected. Including [user home directory] and [user's macbook pro]
In the MacOS settings: add the complete disk access permission
The macbook rebooted. Parallels Desktop rebooted. Win11 rebooted.

If I copy file from Downloads on the left side bar to [Local Disk (C] is success.
If I copy from 'Y:\Downloads' to [Local Disk (C], will be failed.
ERROR info(I don't know why win 11 didn't support switching system language even I change to English and rebooted...Here is my translation):
It says:
Location invalid(or unavailable?)
Z:\ unavailable. If this location on this computer, please make sure device or driver has connected, or CD has been plugged in, then retry it. If this location on the Internet, please make sure you have connected to network or Internet, then retry it. If the location still not found, it might be moved or deleted.
