As for printing, the error message is "stop converting postscript file" for specific programs.

I has been using Parallels V11.2.2 and Windows 10. Suddenly, I cannot print specific programs a few days ago.
Some programs like MS Office, PDF docs and so on can be printed well, but others cannot be done even if they were done well.
When converting Postscript files, I think "Camcel" button is automatically pushed.

I also tried to use Bonjour as Windows version, but it doesn't work as same issues.
Please advise ASAP.
