AT&T Global network Dialer install issues

I've loaded Parallel Desktop on my new macbook pro. I'm trying to install the AT&T dialer and it fails during the installation because NETCLIENTSVC won't start, I've verified the rights and all is ok, I'm just getting a general error message "The AT&T Global Network Client Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. "

Any help?
 
Is it a Windows application? try to switch the Network mode in the virtual machine configuration to Bridged- Default adapter
